Thank you for stopping by Living Wellnessence!
Living Wellnessence has been an up & coming project of mine for quite some time… and will always be a work in progress lol I am definitely not a web designer, although I am much better than when I started hehe
A long story short…
As a stay at home mom, there came a time in my life where I wanted a way to help support my family, to find a hobby I enjoyed, and I craved a way to spend some time connecting with other women like me that were away from the never-ending tasks of a homemaker for small amounts of time in order to refill my cup and take part in some self-care that had been neglected for a while.
I started by joining a direct sales company called Norwex a few years ago. Now, if you aren’t familiar with direct sales, it is where you share products with friends, family, and anyone else who may be interested. You help people to host parties at their home, or even online, so they can earn products and you work on building a team because that’s where the real income is. I have always been more of an introvert so it definitely brought me outside of my comfort zone and I was NOT a fan of home parties!
Part of the process was branding ME
Wow, I had a lot to learn! I don’t know if you have ever tried to brand a business but it was new to me lol Let me just say that there is SO much more than picking colors and creating a pretty logo.
Of course, you don’t want to be only known for the company you joined… because there are literally thousands of other ladies just like you. YOU are your brand!
So I began to brand myself & my new at home business. Little did I know that I was embarking on a journey that would bring me into a LOT of self-exploration and I quickly discovered that I didn’t want to be a part of Norwex anymore.
Who I am…
The beginning of my self-explorations had begun even a few years before all of this other stuff. So I knew at the core of WHO I AM is my spirituality. I knew that the core of ALL of us is our spirituality!
Deep down, I wanted to support women who were going through things I had already been through, I wanted to teach women how to take back their power to care for their families more NATURALLY, and I wanted to share the transformations that are possible when you start exploring spirituality. It doesn’t even have to be about religion or using the “woo-woo” practices, but we should look at life as multi-dimensional and make it a goal to live holistically!
I had discovered my purpose!
What you can expect…
Although I am new to all of this, I am excited to be able to share and grow with all of you.
I aim to publish new blog posts at least twice a month while inviting other knowledgeable ladies to contribute in various ways. So, before you know it, there will be LOTS more to explore.
This little corner of the net is where I am able to not only share my journey with all of you, but I can fulfill my purpose! I can satisfy my other passions, explore interests, and make a meaningful impact on the world!
There will soon be product reviews, masterclasses, self-study courses, free resources and lots MORE!

A lot of you enjoyed the “Mindful Minutes” episodes I had started doing Monday mornings on Facebook, so I thought it would be a good idea to turn that into a podcast!
I invite you to say “Hello” in the comments below and let me know what you think about living more holistic & natural… is it something you are working on or is it completely new to you??
Let me know!
